You own your product, your CAD and your artwork.
Nothing we do transfers any of it. You also get a perpetual licence to the manifest and
the 3D file we deliver — use them in your own apps and on your own packaging, for as
long as you like, including after you stop working with us.

We warrant the measurement, not a number we picked in advance.
Every manifest states the accuracy measured on your capture, and we warrant those figures
are the real results. We do not promise an accuracy level before we have measured it, and
a robot consuming the manifest is expected to close the final approach with its own
sensing.

If we go away, your tag does not.
If we cease trading or permanently shut the resolver down, you receive your manifest files
and the source code of the resolver and viewer, under a perpetual licence to
self-host the tag you already printed. That obligation survives the end of our agreement.
It is the reason you can put our URL on a production run.

Letting hosting lapse is not forfeiture.
Stop paying and we keep your data for 24 months and reactivate free within that window.
We will not resell, repurpose or delete your tag id in that time. The resolver returns an
inactive response meanwhile — you are never one missed invoice away from a dead
label.

Your renewal rate is locked at what you signed at.
Published hosting prices can rise. Yours does not, for as long as hosting stays
continuously active.

We do not show your product without your say-so.
No publishing, no demos, no naming you as a customer without your written consent. If you
have an unannounced product, that clause is there for you.

If it is not a fit, you get your deposit back.
The feasibility review happens before any money beyond the deposit is due. If we conclude
we cannot document your product to a standard we are willing to publish, we say so and
refund the deposit in full.

The manifest is reference data, not a safety instruction.
You are responsible for the instructions you publish to your own end users, including any
warnings, and for deciding whether the manifest is fit for your intended use. Our
liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected capture.
Why this page is short. Everything above is a commitment we can actually keep, and
nothing here is written to be survived rather than read. The full agreement expands these
into clauses; if the two ever disagree, tell us — that is a mistake, not a trap.
